

P&C / Parent Involvement
Parents and caregivers play an active role in the school community at Hamilton. These important partnerships are encouraged with parents involved in many ways including: School P&C; committees such as environment, fundraising, technology and promotions; reading and other class assistance; participation in special days; and Canteen.
Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)
The schools P&C Association meets monthly during school terms. This forum provides an opportunity for parents to raise items with other parents and the principal and be involved in general discussions and decision-making.
Meetings
Meetings are held the third Monday of the month from 6:30 - 8:00pm
Child minding is provided during the meeting in the school library. Gold coin donation required.
P&C Executive
Executive members of the P&C are elected at the Annual General Meeting each year for a one year term. They act on behalf of the broader school parent body and attend an additional meeting each month.

Contacting the P&C
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to be involved in the P&C in whatever form. If you are unable to attend meetings, you can bring items to the attention of the P&C in a number of ways.

- Leave a message in the suggestion box found in the main office foyer
- Leave a message at the school office
